Also of the inscription inscribed with Kosciuszko Insurrection: signed date of battle under Maciejowice, slaughter of Prague and the third partition of Poland.
Perhaps it is an inscription from the epoch and the map is a wonderful reminder of one of the most famous Polish uprisings.
